Clean Energy
When & Where You Need It in the West
Pacific Clean Fuels (PCF) was established with the core mission of building the infrastructure essential for supporting zero-emission vehicles and improving operational efficiency and profitability for businesses. Our focus is on supporting and expanding fueling and charging stations for both on-road and off-road vehicles across California. By accelerating access to hydrogen and electrification technologies, we provide low-emission fuel solutions that help our customers maintain high operational efficiency while staying ahead of evolving regulations and policy shifts.

How PCF is Building Advanced
Operation Options
Electrification
PCF is investing in end-to-end electrification solutions to help businesses streamline operations and increase long-term profitability. Electric vehicles (EVs) are a strategic asset in improving fleet efficiency, reducing fuel and maintenance costs, and ensuring businesses stay competitive in an evolving market. By minimizing downtime and optimizing energy use, PCF’s electrification infrastructure empowers businesses to run smarter, cleaner, and more efficiently than ever before.
Hydrogen Infrastructure
Hydrogen (H₂) is a key driver of the clean energy transition—offering a high-efficiency, low-emission alternative to diesel and other fossil fuels. Building robust H₂ refueling infrastructure isn’t just about sustainability; it’s essential for future-focused businesses looking to improve operational efficiency, reduce long-term costs, and stay competitive in an evolving regulatory landscape.

Cutting Edge Technology
PCF will provide hydrogen to our customers and partners, focusing on cost-effectiveness, reliability, accessibility, and low carbon. We are deploying our own production capacity, as well as working with dedicated third-party H2 producers, renewable natural gas suppliers, and carbon credit providers. Our goal is to ensure a stable and low-carbon hydrogen supply, mitigate the risk of supply disruptions, and help our customers comply with evolving energy policies.

Transport & Storage
PCF will construct H2 refueling terminals, including production, compression, storage, transport, and dispensing capabilities. Initially, we will own and operate OneH2 production units, along with mobile storage, transport, and dispensing equipment to meet our internal fleet’s and customers’ needs. As we grow, we will work with additional partners to scale our operations and further increase our service offerings.

Hydrogen Carbon Intensity: Why Low-Cost, Flexible Solutions Matter
In light of growing pressures for decarbonization, hydrogen has gained traction as a clean, efficient fuel source for historically hard-to-abate sectors like trucking, materials handling,
